[ECCV 2026] Meaning of "Authorized Delegate" & Registration Advice [D]

Hi everyone,Our paper was recently provisionally accepted to ECCV 2026! However, our team is facing an issue regarding attendance and the ECCV 2026 Submission Policies. The official guidelines state: "We expect each paper to be presented in person by an author (or an authorized delegate)."None of the listed co-authors
