Doing image recognition tests of Muse Glimmer v. Qwen 3.8 27B. Anyone else have notes?
Hi I do a lot of image recognition/classification in my work pipeline. On my initial tests of Muse Glimmer 30B vs Qwen 3.8 27B I'm finding that Glimmer is outperforming Qwen in describing images. Qwen 3.8 is showing the same failures as its 3.x predecessors by misreading some dense-glyph OCR patterns in my test images.
